Experience / Education: Undergraduate Studies in Nursing at Lakeland 1994-1996.  Began working at the YMCA as a Group Exercise Instructor in 1998.  Worked as Healthy Lifestyle Coordinator for Lake County YMCA Central Branch for 5 years.

What I like best about my job: There's a lot of misinformation out there and my job is to dispel the myths.  I enjoy creating realistic exercise plans for a healthier lifestyle. And best of all, watching the members succeed!

Hobbies & Interests: Entertaining, Bicycling, Boating; anything with the water, Traveling with my husband.

Favorite Movies & Books: Movies: anything that has me on the edge of my seat or falling out of it laughing.  Books: Mysteries of all types, anything by James Patterson.

My favorite scripture reading is: "I can do all things through God Who strengthens me."
